Draft — requires legal review

This page is a draft prepared from the product’s actual behavior. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel, and the items marked below require a business decision before launch.

What these terms cover

These terms govern use of www.documentsynth.com and the submission of a request for a DocumentSynth environment. Use of a provisioned environment is governed by the written agreement with that customer, which takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ.

Requesting an environment

Submitting the request form does not create an environment, an account or any entitlement to service. Every request is reviewed, and we may decline one without giving reasons. Nothing is provisioned until that review completes and a written agreement is in place.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you name.

Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, probe or scan it without written authorization, interfere with its operation, or submit content that is unlawful or infringing. We welcome good-faith security research — please contact [email protected] before testing.

What we do not promise

DocumentSynth is controlled-document software. It is designed to support work in regulated environments, and it does not by itself make any organization compliant with any regulation. Validation, qualification, procedures and their evidence remain the customer’s responsibility. We hold no certification and claim none.

The public site is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not undertake that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Intellectual property

The DocumentSynth name, the software and the content of this site belong to us. Nothing here grants a license to any of it beyond viewing the site.

Requires reviewGoverning law and jurisdiction, the contracting legal entity and its registered address, limitation of liability, and the notice period for changes to these terms all need to be settled and stated.
